Gymnastics Fitness Training
A gymnastic training program for youth and adults who wants to get in shape, but also develop their abilities to the fullest.
This program incorporates functional exercises applied to gymnastics, martial arts and other skills connected in series (circuit training), which serve two purposes: cardiovascular endurance and muscle toning. Your energy level and metabolism will increase, and hence their ability to burn calories from fat.
Feel able to do variety of activities with greater agility, flexibility and stamina, showing a better physical domain. But to achieve this do not exercise ... train like a gymnast.
